Contains flash memories with capacities of 4, 8, and 16 MB for configuration data storage. The effective configuration density almost doubles thanks to an on-chip decompression function. External flash interface provides concurrent programming of flash and external processor access to free areas of memory. Standard flash die and a controller die merged into a single stacked chip package.
