I do like this product and my kids do as well. What I don't particularly care for is the words game and its leveling. My daughter was a little frustrated when a more complicated word appeared in the beginning instead of a steady progression. This doesn't deter me from using it though.

⚠❌⛔PARENTS WARNING🚫🛑⁉:
~If you a very busy parent and you don't have time to contralto check and search your emails to see if they will help (since that's the only way they'll contact you) then don't waste your money.

~Their product don't work their troubleshooting is useless. They won't let you send their product back. ($200+) is down the drain with something that don't work. WORST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER. My poor kids could never use it.

~Their refund is only for 30 days for when you made the purchase NOT when you receive the items. You're better off with Hooked on Phonics or ABC mouse at least you get better customer service with them.

This is the fourth Osmo game we have purchased and we love it. Our 6 year old enjoys all the games and is learning so much without realising he’s learning. Highly recommend for young ones.

It was easy to set up and daughter seems to enjoy the games. It is a great alternative to playing games on the tablet since the child can use tactile pieces rather than just tapping on the screen.
