Has some issues but still serves its purpose with some workarounds. Item was sold 'as is' with only guarantee that it powers on and no error codes. Rubidium oscillator drifts a lot, almost useless, but easily solved by using external 10MHz. Loses settings when powered off - need to replace CMOS batteries. Shows 'unlevelled' when modulation is turned off but still works perfectly accurate when modulation is switched on. Overall very good value for money despite the above mentioned faults.
