Ovulation & Regulate cycle
I purchased these pills due to having irregular cycles. I am 99.9% sure I have endometriosis, just haven’t gone through with the actual surgery to find out. I started taking these pills July 24th and on August 5, I noticed the egg white discharge. I took an ovulation test and it was positive! I’ve NEVER had a positive ovulation test. My husband and I have been together for 7yrs, and I’ve never gotten pregnant, due to irregular cycles. Which has lead to anovulation. We aren’t ready to have a baby yet so we didn’t try around the time I ovulated. My cycle came on August 22nd and it is the LIGHTEST cycle I’ve had in years, with barely any PMS. Just the first day. If you’re looking for something to regulate your cycle, increase your chances of ovulating and balance your hormones, this product is a great option. Hope this helps someone!

I don't like or dislike it yet. I just got it. I took one last night. No adverse effects. So far so good. I will post with updates. :) I have experienced slight cramps today as if my period was going to start. I find myself being irregular and I also find myself with amenorrhea... Not sure if it is because of pcos. My doctor was no effing help.
Edit: I'm on day four. No adverse effects! My hair shed decreased dramatically! I have been shedding about 80-100 hairs a day for the past 5 years... And finally...its slowing down.
