Not certain what the other review is referring to.. This is a 24 port unmanaged 10/100/1000 switch.

There is no Power over Ethernet (POE), but it does come with "ears" you can attach for rackmounting, and optional rubber feet if you're setting it on a desk.

I've had one for going on six years now, and it's served me quite well.

Just keep in mind that this switch is actively cooled, aka "it has a surprisingly loud fan". If you put it in a quiet environment, you will quite clearly hear it incessantly whirring.

Great switch for the home or small office. Can be set on a flat surface or, using the included brackets, rack mounted. I used it for many years to handle all of the devices in my home from a single location. This eliminated the need to have smaller switches sprinkled through different rooms reducing the clutter behind entertainment centers, desks, etc.

Ricondizionato da amazon ad un prezzo veramente appetitoso, 90 euro. Lo cercavo da un po.
Arrivato in un lampo, nella scatola amazon e senza quella del prodotto, ma erano presenti tutti gli accessori, staffe di fissaggio, cavo di alimentazione, libretto di istruzioni ancora nel loro imballo di plastica originale.
Funziona perfettamente da alcuni mesi, ne sono soddisfattissimo. L'ho usato in casa per eliminare gli switch 8 porte gigabit che erano oramai sovrabbondanti e caotici con i fili degli alimentatori e le loro forme tutte diverse.
Velocita senza dubbio gigabit, solo un problema, una periferica che prima si connetteva gigabit adesso si connette 100mega, ma a dire il vero ho sempre avuto dubbi sulla reale velocita di connessione della periferica visto che nei test precedentemente fatti non andava mai oltre i 90mb/s, quindi il problema e' della periferica.
Scalda poco, e' silenzioso perche non ha ventole ed e' discreto nonostante le dimensioni non indifferenti; ha le luci, che informano sullo stato delle connessioni, raggruppate su un lato invece che su ogni porta;,che e' a volte vantaggioso a volte svantaggioso.

Completamente soddisfatto a tal punto che lo ricomprerei ad occhi chiusi.
