Technically speaking, AMD has not confirmed a Radeon RX 6300 desktop card, not even for OEMs which is typically the case for these budget entry-level desktop cards. However, a card going by this name has just been spotted on the Chinese Goofish platform, which is better known as a popular secondhand market and source of many engineering samples.

Hardware enthusiasts have been successful in discovering the basic data for this model, even though there are no official specs. Not only it has the GPU frequency as the laptop RX 6300M model, it is also equipped with the same memory specs of 2GB 32-bit bus. What might be interesting is that this model has faster 2000 MHz (16 Gbps) memory compared to RX 6400 desktop (14 Gbps). However, due to limited bus the memory bandwidth is just 64 GB/s.

The only real difference between desktop and mobile variant is the GPU power. The desktop RX 6300 is rated for 32W, while the mobile version has GPU power up to 25W. The desktop card is also equipped with a pair of DisplayPort connectors.

According to the listing, this card is now on sale for 399 RMB, which is less than $60. This is unlikely to be an official price for this model, though. This listing on Goofish might simply be an example of someone selling an OEM card without the system.
