Abrus precatorius

Rosary pea (Abrus precatorius) is a non-native landscape weed indigenous to India. This species has been widely used as an ornamental in Florida for many years but is now listed as a Category 1 invasive by the Florida Exotic Plant Pest Council (FLEPPC). A single seed contains enough of the toxin abrin to kill a human.
