大家好！请问，“职位“ 与 “岗位” 有什么区别？

They are the synonyms actually，they both mean “position” or “occupation”. However, in Chinese we use "职位" more often in the daily life and “岗位” sounds more formal and is used in official document i think.

日常使用基本上可以互换的。没啥区别。
但是，如果非要较真：
职位不仅仅和工作有关，还和（（盈利））职业、报酬，甚至地位等联系起来。
岗位只是工作或者说被分配处理某方面事物的身份。
岗位不一定直接联系到工资，而是处理某方面的事情。
比如工厂流水线，每个人的岗位不同，但你能说那是职位吗？它们都是同一职位的不同分工，不是你想的一个工厂或公司有成百上千个职位。
再比如公益单位、事业单位、部队岗位的调配。岗位直接关系的是具体工作，而不是报酬和地位。（哨岗和巡逻，地位可没有等级及待遇区分）
用一种不太严谨但贴切的说法就是，
职位是外行人用，岗位是内部人用。
