Seriously DS keys, a whole row of extra relegendables (MX Whites there, for some reason), trackpad, quirkily ISO-style Enter key, card reader (everyone needs one, don't they?). Add your own trackball, joystick, Van de Graaf generator, lab coat and hunchbacked assistant and you're a mad KB scientist.

New like this are usually well over $100, and the nice charcoal color isn't nearly as common as black or beige.

Charcoal? They're just black.

Only charcoal DS keycaps from Cherry that come to mind are skidata and scitex.

This is what you should be looking for if you want "charcoal", it's a scitex!

This is the most misleading post I've ever read in 2015... I don't know why ander is posting it in great finds... I feel it's a bit misleading because the keycaps are black and not charcoal... For those who are curious, the keycaps are WOB. I just don't want anyone buying these thinking they're anything but WOB... To clarify, yes, the keyboard case is grey, but the keycaps are black... o_o these aren't that rare, and not worth the $70+$10 shipping!

Oh, well, sorry. You obviously know more about these than I do. I'd never seen a gray one, but apparently I haven't been looking at them as long as you have.

Some of us see deals that look good, so we take the time to post about them here because we want people we know to know about them. And sometimes we're wrong, and the deals aren't great. But we're not trying to cheat anyone, or make them waste their money... We're just learning as we go, trying to be helpful, and doing the best we can.
