Unable to Program TMS470R1VF288 with Flash470v3.3.1 - error 127 Unable to set breakpoint

I was reprogramming a TMS470R1VF288 with new code. (Confession: I am no longer accustomed to this part.) The part erased okay but now it won't program. The erase range was 0 to 0x7ffff. I have since seen that others only reflash 0x40000 to 0x7fffff

I tried a different unit and just ran a blank check. It correctly identified the part as not blank. On the unit I am using, I get the error above.

Any suggestions?

Update to the latest version of Flash470 v3.39 and see if this error still exists.

Hi everyone I hope someone can provide some help as I'm also having a problem when trying to program the TMS470R1VF288 processor.

I'm using Flash470 version 3.32 with the XDS510USB emulator. The error code I get is

error 266 Algorithm ended prematurely

I have verified that the board, emulator and Flash470 are working OK as I can successfully program the TMS470AVF689 processor.

Does anybody have any idea what the problem could be please?

Update to the latest version of Flash470 v3.42 and see if this error still exists.

Thanks for the speedy reply. Unfortunately I don't have version 3.42

Is there a download location for this at all?

I am using TMS470R13382PZQ controller & Code Composer Studio

I am using f05a.lib file.

I have attached that library file.

I just need the version of that library file.
