L. John Doerr has served as a member of our
board of directors since May 1999. John has been a General Partner of Kleiner Perkins
Caufield & Byers, a venture capital firm, since August 1980. John has also been a
member of the board of directors of Amyris, Inc., a synthetic biology company, since
May 2006, and serves on its Nominating and Governance Committee. John was previously a
director of Amazon.com, Inc., an Internet retail company; Intuit, Inc., a provider of
business and financial management software; Move, Inc., a provider of real estate media
and technology solutions; and Sun Microsystems, Inc., a supplier of networking
computing solutions. John holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard
Business School, and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering and computer
science, and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Rice
University.

Ann Mather has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2005. Ann has also been a member of the board of directors of: Glu Mobile Inc., a publisher of mobile games, since September 2005, and serves as chair of its Audit Committee; MGM Holdings Inc., a motion picture and television production and distribution company, since December 2010, and serves on its Compensation Committee; MoneyGram International, a global payment services company, since May 2010; and Netflix, Inc., an Internet subscription service for movies and television shows, since July 2010, and serves on its Audit Committee. Ann was previously a director of Central European Media Enterprises Group, a developer and operator of national commercial television channels and stations in Central and Eastern Europe; Zappos.com, Inc., a privately held, online retailer, until it was acquired by Amazon.com, Inc., an Internet retail company, in 2009; and Shopping.com, Inc., a price comparison web site, until it was acquired by eBay Inc., an e-commerce company, in 2005. From 1999 to 2004, Ann was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pixar, a computer animation studio. Prior to her service at Pixar, Ann was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Village Roadshow Pictures, the film production division of Village Roadshow Limited. Ann holds a Master of Arts degree from Cambridge University and is a chartered accountant.

執行長
Larry Page 目前擔任 Google 執行長，除負責 Google 的日常營運之外，同時也領導公司的產品開發以及技術策略。他在史丹佛大學攻讀博士學位期間，與 Sergey Brin 於 1998 年共同創辦 Google，憑藉雄厚實力擔任首任執行長直至 2001 年，成功將公司規模拓展至超過 200 位員工，創下豐厚獲利。他自 2001 至 2011 年出任產品總裁。

Eric E. Schmidt
執行主席
Eric Schmidt 自從 2001 年加入 Google 以來，便一路輔助公司，由矽谷的新興企業成長為全球的技術領導。他擔任執行主席，負責 Google 的對外事務，諸如培養夥伴關係，拓寬業務合作領域，深耕政府部門，領導技術思維，並且就業務與政策事宜為 CEO 及資深領導人提供意見。

Sergey Brin
創辦人
Sergey Brin 為 Google Inc. 於 1998 年的創辦人之一，目前主掌特別專案。2001 到 2011 年，Sergey 擔任技術總裁，與 Larry Page、Eric Schmidt 共同分擔公司的日常營運事務。
Sergey 以優異的成績取得美國馬里蘭大學的數學與電腦學士學位。取得史丹佛大學電腦碩士學位之後原本繼續攻讀博士，目前暫時休學。Sergey 是美國國家工程研究院 (National Academy of Engineering) 院士，並獲頒美國國立科學研究生基金會 (National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship) 獎學金。

Nikesh Arora
資深副總裁兼商務長
Nikesh 負責所有營收、客戶營運業務，同時掌管行銷工作以及夥伴關係。自他從 2004 年加入 Google 後，已升遷多次。先前，他主管 Google 的全球直接銷售業務部門，也曾掌管開發及管理 Google 在歐洲、中東和非洲市場的營運業務。他負責在這些地區建立並擴展策略夥伴關係，為 Google 不斷增加的使用者與廣告客戶尋求利益。

David C. Drummond
企業發展部門資深副總裁兼首席法律總監
David Drummond 於 2002 年加入 Google 初期擔任企業發展部門資深副總裁，目前已為資深副總裁兼首席法律總監，領導 Google 全球團隊的法律、政府關係、企業發展 (併購投資計劃) 及新事業發展 (策略夥伴與授權機會) 等事務。
David 於 1998 年與 Google 初遇，時任全美代表科技產業之中規模數一數二的律師事務所 Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati 的企業交易組合夥人。他成為 Google 第一任外聘法律顧問，與 Larry Page、Sergey Brin 一同創立公司，並籌集初期資金。於 Wilson Sonsini 任職期間，David 曾與各類科技公司共事，協助處理繁複的交易案，例如，合併、收購及初次公開上市等。

Patrick Pichette
資深副總裁兼財務長
Patrick Pichette 是 Google 的財務長，於電信業界的財務經營管理有近 20 年經驗，包括加拿大貝爾集團 (Bell Canada) 的 7 年，期間於 2001 年成為規劃績效管理部門執行副總裁。在加拿大貝爾服務時期曾擔任多項執行位階，包括 2002 年至 2003 年為 CFO，對於管理加拿大最廣闊的通訊網路，以及後來轉型為新的全國性 IP 式基礎設備都有實質的貢獻。進加拿大貝爾之前，Patrick 是麥肯錫公司的合夥人，為麥肯錫北美電信業務的領導成員，並曾任加拿大電信公司 Call-Net Enterprises Inc. 副總裁兼財務長。
